Prohibited Conduct
We demand excellence and fair play. The use of automated bots, exploitation of software glitches, or any behavior deemed disruptive to the elegant atmosphere of the club is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate expulsion and the forfeiture of their Polo Season Milestones and Sovereign Crests.
Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, mechanics, and lore—including The St. James Estates narrative and the design of the Derby Day Fortune wheel—are the exclusive intellectual property of Regent Social Club Ltd. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interact with these assets solely for personal entertainment.
Responsible Gaming & Liability
We believe in elegant, responsible entertainment. If your gameplay stops feeling like a leisurely pursuit, please utilize our integrated cool-off tools or contact support for self-exclusion. Regent Social Club Ltd limits its liability regarding server downtime or unexpected resets of virtual balances, governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
